Levy $10.00 per parcel assessment to meet contractual funding obligations
to the Pigeon District Library for the period of 2008-2009.
“Shall the Township levy a $10.00 per parcel assessment for all real property located within the township to meet the township’s contractual funding obligations to the Pigeon District Library for the period 2008 and 2009; and shall the Township levy such assessment for said purpose, thereby raising in the first year an estimated $40,000?”
